This kick-off meeting is an avenue for UNDP and Mastercard Foundation to engage all sub-partners of YAI about the progress made on the programme. It is also an opportunity for sub-partners to meet, discuss and understand the nature and status of the programme to facilitate alignment which will ensure a coherent and efficient approach in the next steps of executing the YAI programme. This further provides an avenue for active sub-partners to share their experiences and lessons learned for the benefit of all present. This also enables sub-partners who are yet to commence their work to share their plans based on an informed understanding of the status of the programme.
